Physical Stores' Return Policy
- Exchanges can be made during all store opening hours within 15 days from the purchase date.
- The purchase receipt or exchange card must be presented.
- The items returned must be in perfect condition, unused, and within the original packaging.
- The exchange will be made at the purchase price of the item.
- No refunds are allowed for non-defective items.
- Returns for defective items due to manufacturing errors are accepted at the purchase price within 1 month.
- Returns are not allowed on sunglasses, jewelry, or other accessories, except for belts, bags, and wallets.
The above policy is supplumentary to the consumer rights recognized by the law and applies only to retail locations in Greece.
