www.migato.com is the electronic merchandise store created by the company entitled CIAO S.A. (TIN: 095430730, Tax Office: FAE PIRAEUS), hereinafter called the "COMPANY", which is under common ownership with MIGATO S.A. (8, Monemvasias Street, Agios Dimitrios, Attica, TIN: 094333920, Tax Office: FAE PIRAEUS). The registered office of the COMPANY is located in Agios Dimitrios, Attica (8, Monemvasias Street). The e-shop operates from the URL www.migato.com under the terms and conditions presented below.

The COMPANY's primary objective is to provide the best possible customer service and satisfaction to the customers that visit the webpages of www.migato.com, by creating and cultivating a climate of trust.

It is important for us that our customers are always informed and secured; therefore, we consider it our obligation to notify all visitors/customers visiting the www.migato.com e-shop of the following terms and conditions.


Use of the www.migato.com e-shop is governed by these terms and conditions, which users are asked to read carefully and comply with.  The COMPANY considers that, prior to visiting www.migato.gr, users have carefully read and taken into consideration these terms and conditions.  When entering this website and using the www.migato.com e-shop, the user is considered to have been notified of the terms and conditions, to have accepted the said terms and conditions and to waive any claim that could arise from a visit to www.migato.com, since use of the www.migato.com e-shop entails express and without reserve consent to and acceptance of the terms and conditions in question. All transactions made via www.migato.gr are governed by Hellenic and European law on electronic commerce, as well as the Law on consumer protection (Law 2251/1994) regarding remote selling.

The COMPANY reserves the right to amend or renew the terms and conditions of transactions without warning, and also undertakes the obligation to inform consumers, through the website of the www.migato.com e-shop, of any modifications, amendments or additions made.

Any invalidity of any other terms of this document shall not entail the invalidity of the remaining terms.  Non-exercise of the COMPANY's rights arising from these terms and conditions shall not be construed as a waiver of such rights.  The COMPANY shall not be liable for any violation of these terms that can be attributed to grounds of force majeure, such as extreme weather conditions, earthquake, fire, emergency situations, etc.


In view of the provision of quality services, necessary information for the secure and efficient implementation of transactions is collected from our customers; with respect to such information, the COMPANY complies with the provisions of this section and the personal data protection principles of Law 2472/1997, as valid today. With reserve to the relevant legal framework, the COMPANY reserves the right to alter the provisions on personal data protection, subject to informing the users/visitors to this e-shop and the relevant web-pages.

The COMPANY keeps a record of the aforementioned information for as long as you are a registered member of www.migato.com and/or for as long as the transactions are being implemented; the information is deleted as soon as the user profile is deleted.

The users of www.migato.com are entitled to unimpeded access to their personal data, and may request the modification and/or even deletion of their personal data; users may, in general, object at any time to the processing of their data, and exercise all of their rights arising from articles 11-13 (Law 2472/1997), as valid.

The COMPANY shall not in any way sell, exchange, cede, lease or in any other way provide the information entrusted to us be the users, to any third natural or legal entity.  The only exception from this commitment shall be subject to prior notification of the customer and/or the customer shall have consented during the collection of data, and/or in the event that the disclosure of personal data is required by law and/or is necessary for execution of the customer's order.  In any case, however, the customer's details shall be kept by the COMPANY only for as long as the customer is a registered user of www.migato.com.

The COMPANY may appoint a third affiliated company to provide support services for the company's commercial communication with the customers of the www.migato.com online store.  In the event that support services are assigned to a third enterprise, the COMPANY shall require and obtain the affiliated company's commitment, that it shall comply with the confidentiality principles applied by the COMPANY with respect to the personal data of customers/users.

The COMPANY shall not be held liable in the event that any of its contractual or legal obligations are not fulfilled correctly or in due time, due to the provision of incorrect personal data by the user. In any case, the user shall inform www.migato.com of any change to their personal details, at the time of any such change.

What information do we collect, and why?

Your details and personal information are used for the purchase of merchandise from the www.migato.com e-shop, and for the execution of your order(s).

When you place an order, in order to log in to the www.migato.com e-shop and receive a username and password, we need you to fill in your full name, postal address, e-mail address and mobile telephone number.

The COMPANY collects and uses the information in question:
  • for the needs of supporting and completing the customer's desired transaction on www.migato.com (e.g. order confirmation, etc.)
  • for commercial communication/sales promotion (information on new COMPANY merchandise and services, offers, newsletter, etc.)
  • to generate statistics only, with respect to customers and their purchases on www.migato.com.

Advertising messages

The COMPANY may make use of its option to contact users at their electronic or postal address or by telephone, in order to promote new products or provide information on special offers and promotions; however, the service in question shall not be used abusively.

In the event that the user does not wish to receive messages or wishes to be removed from the newsletter mailing list, the user may deactivate the service in question or use the contact form at www.migato.com in order to notify the request.



At the www.migato.com e-shop, the security of user/customer data and transactions is of the utmost importance, and therefore all necessary measures are taken to protect these, and you, from any data theft, using the data encryption method.  Encryption is applied to all stages and processes of transaction and forwarding of personal data and information, as well as during the execution of payments by credit card.  Credit card details are protected by encryption, entered directly in the secure systems of the affiliated bank, and not disclosed.

www.migato.com uses the SSL Secure Site Certificate protocol by GlobalSign for encrypted exchanges of data and user information, as well as for the certification of secure transactions, encouraging customers to complete their transactions securely, in the knowledge that any information they choose to disclose is within a secure environment authenticated by a reliable certificate issuer such as GlobalSign.

The SSL Secure Site Certificate is the global online standard for website certification for web users, and for the encryption of data between web users and web servers.  The technology of the SSL Secure Site Certificate is considered to be the most reliable, and its use protects personal information and data exchanged between users and servers, as these are encrypted and protected by a mechanism that automatically verifies whether the data has been exchanged during transfer.



Two different cookies may be used on www.migato.com for user identification. The first is primarily concerned with the collection of statistical data regarding visitors to the site, and is not connected to your personal data.  The second is required for operation of the shopping bag and applies only while users are logged in and browsing www.migato.com.

MIGATO S.A. is legally responsible for taking orders and dispatching the merchandise.  


The entire content of www.migato.com, including images, photographs, graphics, texts and all files in general, is the intellectual property and brands of www.migato.com and CIAO S.A. and protected by the relevant provisions of Greek and European law.  Any copying, amendment, alteration, formulation, reproduction, distribution, transfer, sale, re-publication, dispatch of data in any way and of any information (partially or fully) provided in this website using any means or methods, without prior written consent from the COMPANY, is prohibited.



Purchasing process

Our aim is to serve you through a simple, fast, secure and pleasant transaction procedure:

Please browse through www.migato.com, choose the merchandise you are interested in and wish to buy from the large collection available at www.migato.com. Add items to the SHOPPING BAG by clicking on the relevant ADD TO BAG button, which is the same for all purchases you make during your visit to www.migato.gr. This is how you create your order.

Subsequently, please follow the steps of the short CHECK OUT process, so as to complete your order; please ensure you fill in all the required information in the relevant fields.

Upon completion of the order process, we will send you an e-mail confirming your order.

Product availability

In the event that any of the goods you ordered is not immediately available, then we will contact you by e-mail or telephone, within a reasonable period of time from placement of the order, to inform you of the potential delivery time.  In this case, if the delivery deadline is not satisfactory, you may ask for the order of the merchandise in question to be cancelled, or ask for its replacement with another item you wish to buy. The remaining merchandise in your order can be dispatched as normal.

Order cancellation

In the event that, for any reason, you wish to cancel your order after its completion on www.migato.com, you must contact www.migato.com customer service by e-mail at eshop@migato.com, by telephone on (+30) 9895498.



Delivery options

GREECE: Orders within Greece are delivered by the affiliated courier company "GENIKI TAHYDROMIKI".

ABROAD: International orders are delivered by the affiliated courier company "DHL".  www.migato.com delivers its merchandise throughout Greece and to the rest of the world, except Australia, New Zealand, Qatar, Oman, Bahrain, Kuwait, Egypt, United Arab Emirates (Abu Dhabi, Ajman, Dubai, Fujairah, Ras al-Khaimah, Sharjah, Umm al-Quwain), Saudi Arabia (Hejaz, Nejd) and parts of Western Arabia (Al Hasa) and Eastern Arabia (Asir), Lebanon and Cyprus, where orders cannot be dispatched.

Delivery costs

GREECE: Orders within Greece are delivered free of charge if the value of the order is in excess of € 30 (euros). For orders within Greece worth less than € 30 (euros), shipping charges amount to € 3 (euros).

ABROAD: Shipping charges for international orders are charged to the customer and calculated (in euros) on the basis of the price list applied by the affiliated courier company DHL, depending on the destination and the weight of the items included in the order.

Delivery time

Your orders are dispatched daily, except for weekends, holidays and general strikes, and deliveries are made during the delivery hours applied by the affiliated courier companies in Greece and abroad.

GREECE: Orders are processed and delivered within two (2) working days for areas within Attica County, and within three (3) working days for the rest of Greece, counting from receipt of the order by us, and excepting cases where the merchandise is not available.  For remote areas, the order may be delivered within four (4) working days.

ABROAD: International orders are processed and delivered within one (1) to seven (7) working days, counting from receipt of the order by us, and except in cases where the merchandise is not available. For exact delivery times per country, please click HERE.

Customers may track their orders via a link provided by the affiliated courier company, which shall be included in the order dispatch confirmation e-mail sent to the customer by www.migato.com.

In the event of credit card purchases, to protect the holder, orders are delivered to the buyer/card-holder in person, subject to demonstration of the relevant identity card or passport and the credit card used.  Alternatively, the order may be collected by a third party, provided such third party can demonstrate written authorization by the card-holder and an identity card or passport.



General Information on Returns
  • If you wish to return an item, please let us know by sending us an email at eshop@migato.gr, stating:
          •    Your order number
          •    Which items out of your order you wish to return
          •    How you want us to proceed upon receiving them
  • As soon as we receive your email, we will contact  you to confirm receiving it and inform you about the process. You can also contact us via phone on +30 210 9895498 (workdays 10:00 am - 18:00 pm GMT+3).
  • All merchandise that has been purchased online from www.migato.gr may be replaced, exchanged or returned only to www.migato.gr, at the following address: CIAO S.A., MAGOULA INDUSTRIAL AREA, ATTICA 19018, Tel. (+30) 210 5552058.
  • Merchandise returns, exchanges or replacements are accepted within 15 days of the date of receipt of the merchandise, by submission of a written statement. Return of the merchandise to the COMPANY must take place within 15 days of the date of submission of the request for exchange, return or replacement.
  • The merchandise in the order may be returned, exchanged or replace fully or partially.
  • The value stated on the purchase receipt shall be taken into consideration for returning, exchanging or replacing the merchandise.
  • Accessories such as necklaces, bracelets, brooches and other similar items, excepting belts, bags and purses, may not be returned, exchanged or replaced.
  • In order to be returned, exchanged or replaced, the merchandise must be returned by the customer in exactly the same excellent state in which they were received, intact and without any wear.  The packaging must be the packaging that accompanies the merchandise normally, in excellent condition - with all labels attached.  The merchandise to be returned must be accompanied by the original documents accompanying the order (e.g. retail receipt, exchange card and any promotional gift) in the event of return of all the items in the order, or photocopy of the accompanying documents in the event of return fewer items than those included in the original order. Returned merchandise that does not comply with the above specifications shall not be accepted.
  • Our company collaborates exclusively with the GENIKI TAHYDROMIKI courier company for orders within Greece, and with the DHL courier company for international orders. If you choose a different shipper, you must also undertake the cost of returns, and we cannot provide any guarantee as to the delivery times of the items returned to us.  At the same time, we cannot guarantee the safety and security of merchandise returned via other shippers except Geniki Tahydromiki and DHL, and we may not undertake responsibility for the merchandise in question.


1) Change or replacement of merchandise due to size or colour

After contacting us via email regarding your return, you shall be informed about the progress of your request in due time by the customer service department of www.migato.com.    

We do not guarantee the availability of the merchandise as regards the size or colour that you have noted in the return form. The replacement merchandise shall be committed when we receive the returned merchandise and not when the return request is sent.

The return of merchandise to www.migato.gr is not charged to the client the first time, if sent through the affiliated courier company Geniki Tahydromiki. In the event of a return for a second time or subsequent times, the return shipping costs are charged to the customer.

If available, the new merchandise will be sent to the customer, who shall be charged with the re-shipping cost.

If you wish to replace your merchandise with another item (size or colour), which is not available at the time the returned items are received, we shall reimburse you the value of the merchandise that you returned, so you can continue to make a new order from www.migato.gr

2) Change or replacement of merchandise by selecting merchandise with a different code

After contacting us via email regarding your return and as soon as we receive the merchandise that you are returning to us (and after establishing that it is in perfect condition) we shall reimburse you the value of the merchandise that you returned.

The credit note is sent electronically to the e-mail account that you have stated, it can be used for future purchases of the same value from the range of products of www.migato.com and shall not be exchanged with cash.

The first return of merchandise to www.migato.gr is not charged to the client, using the Geniki Tahidromiki courier service. In the event of possible change or replacement for the second time or subsequent times, the client shall be charged with the return cost.

3) Erroneous invoicing or dispatch of merchandise

After contacting us via email regarding your return and as soon as we receive the merchandise that you are returning to us (and after establishing that it is in perfect condition and erroneous dispatch/invoicing has been confirmed by the company) you shall be informed about the replacement of the merchandise that you returned in due time by the customer service department of www.migato.com.

In case of return, change or replacement of merchandise due to erroneous dispatch/invoicing, the return of initial and dispatch of new merchandise shall not be charged to the client.

4) Dispatch of defective merchandise

After contacting us via email regarding your return and as soon as we receive the merchandise that you are returning to us (and having examined it in detail in order to confirm the defect), you shall be informed in due time by the customer service department of www.migato.com about whether you are entitled (or not) to replacement of the merchandise.

In case of return, change or replacement of merchandise due to dispatch of defective merchandise, the return of defective and dispatch of new merchandise shall not be charged to the client.

5) Withdrawal

After contacting us via email regarding your wish to withdraw from the transactions and upon receipt of the merchandise returned to us and we have examined it in detail in order to confirm that it is in perfect condition, you shall be informed in due time by the customer service department of www.migato.com about the progress of your request and the procedure to be followed.

You may exercise the right of withdrawal within fifteen (15) days at the latest from the date on the receipt of the product from the courier service.

The exercise of the right of withdrawal is conditional; the product shall not have been used, it shall be in the perfect condition that it was received, without ware and tear, with no defect (with reserve to the return of a defective product), complete, in its packaging, and shall be accompanied by all the necessary documents.

Upon exercise of the right of withdrawal, the cost of return shall is covered by the customer.

The procedure for return of the money shall be carried out using the same payment method (credit card, Paypal, or through a deposit in a bank account stated by you, if the purchase was made using the ‘cash on delivery’ payment method) and shall be completed within thirty (30) days ate the latest from the date of receipt of all returned merchandise by www.migato.com.



After contacting us via email regarding your return and upon receipt of the merchandise returned to us (and having confirmed that it is in perfect condition), you shall be informed in due time by the Customer Service department of www.migato.com about the procedure to be followed.

For countries outside Greece, the cost of return or replacement of the merchandise, and also the cost of return due to the exercise of the right of withdrawal shall be charged to the client and shall be equal to the cost of dispatch per country that is mentioned in the relevant price list of the DHL courier service.

Cases of erroneous invoicing or erroneous dispatch of merchandise, and also proven cases of dispatch of defective merchandise, for which the cost of return is charged to www.migato.com and credited to your bank account upon receipt of the merchandise returned to us (having examined the merchandise carefully in order to confirm the defect or erroneous invoicing/dispatch) are exempted.



1) Credit Card / Debit Card / Prepaid Card
You can make legal purchases through the www.migato.com e-shop using Visa/Mastercard credit cards, as well as Debit and Prepaid cards.

Moreover, you can in non interest-bearing installments (up to 10 non interest-bearing instalments) In Greece, for merchandise worth more than € 100.

Your credit card will be charged after checking and certifying your details and the card’s validity.

Transactions at our e-shop using your credit card are carried out through a bank and are protected by advanced online security systems, which guarantee a safe transactions environment.

2) PayPal
With this method of payment, your transaction is made through PayPal’s secure website by following the instructions on the specific website.

3) Cash-on-delivery
With this method of payment, you will have to pay the corresponding value of the merchandise ordered upon delivery by the courier service with which we cooperate. The cash-on-delivery method of payment is only offered for deliveries In Greece.


The displayed prices of the merchandise are final (i.e. they include VAT), they are recommended by www.migato.gr and are the competitive prices of similar merchandise on the relevant market within Greek Territory. www.migato.com reserves the right to change the prices without warning clients.  In any case, upon receipt of the merchandise, customers shall pay the price displayed on www.migato.com at the time of the order.

Customers outside the European Union are subject to any extra charges that may arise from exchange rate differences, customs clearance, import duties, merchandise restrictions and other local requirements for which the company shall not be liable.



www.migato.com shall not provide any guarantees with respect to the availability of merchandise but guarantees timely notification of clients as regards non availability.

www.migato.com may refuse or not register an order if the buyer’s details are not true or an uncovered debt exists.

The COMPANY shall not be liable to clients/users for any damage arising from the execution or not of their order (and do not fall under the cases of paragraph “Returns Policy”). Moreover, the Company reserves the right as to the time of delivery of merchandise in cases of force majeure. If for cases of force majeure (e.g. bad weather conditions, strikes) it is impossible to deliver the merchandise within the predetermined time (as defined in paragraph “Time of delivery of the order”), we shall contact you as soon as possible in order for you to state whether you wish, under such conditions, to complete the dispatch of your order.

www.migato.com provides the content (information, names, photographs, displays) for the merchandise on sale through the website “exactly as is”. In no case shall the COMPANY’s e-shop be liable for any legal or civil requirements and/or penal requirements, or for any damage (positive, special or consequential, which indicatively and not limited to, disjunctively and/or accumulatively consists in the loss of profit, data,  lost profits, monetary satisfaction etc) caused by visitors to the website or third parties due to a cause related to the operation or not and/or use of the website and/or inability to provide services and/or information provided by the same and/or any prohibited interventions by third parties in merchandise and/or services and/or information provided through the same.

Among other things, www.migato.com, shall provide a connection to Banking institutions, third-party websites, who (third parties: Website providers) are have full (civil and penal) liability for the safety, legality and validity of the content of the web pages and their services, excluding any liability of the COMPANY, such as indicatively intellectual and industrial property rights or any third party right. Therefore, users shall address themselves to the third parties directly (webpage providers) for anything arising from the visit and/or use of such web pages. Despite the fact that users accept that the COMPANY shall not be obliged or is able to check the security and the content of the web pages and services of third parties to which the Company provides access, it shall however be entitled to remove, amend or discontinue any third party service or connection to third party web pages, if according to the Company’s judgement the law or these terms are threatened or violated.   



The pages of the www.migato.com e-shop allow visitors/users to use social media, which either refer them to external web pages associated with the COMPANY or display relevant information in the profile of the specific user in the corresponding selected social media. The use of any of the links concerning social media is subject to the terms of each medium.
